How it works
Flight Refund verifies the content of data provided by the Air Passenger.
If the Air Passenger is entitled to compensation according to the Regulation on the basis of the information provided by him/her, Flight Refund calculates the highest possible amount of the Claim and then notifies Passenger by sharing links where the required documents can be downloaded.
With the Air Passenger’s approval of the General Terms and Conditions as well as the conditions of the Assignment Agreement the agreement will be concluded between PannonHitel and the Air Passenger.
Pannonhitel Zrt., as the cooperative proprietary partner to Flight Refund Kft. holds the licence of the Hungarian National Bank (earlier: PSZAF H-EN-I-1128/2013. Sz.) for business based receivables purchases. PannonHitel Zrt. is ready to encash claims towards airlines both through litigious and non-litigious ways.
Pannonhitel Zrt. transfers the incoming compensation within 8 business days to Client’s bank account (with deduction of 30% success fee).
Flight Refund Kft. and PannonHitel Zrt. reserve the right to accept an out of court agreement offered by the Airline at any stage of the procedure, always considering the Client’s best interests.
Registration and administration are free. Our 30% success fee will be deducted from the compensation amount sent by the airline only in case of success!
